Endo Warriors Aotearoa presents the "Empowering Self-Care: Goal Setting and mindfulness" workshop, a transformative session designed to equip participants with essential tools for self-care and personal growth. This workshop focuses on developing practical skills in goal setting, cultivating self-love,.
Participants will also explore journaling techniques for self-reflection and the maintenance of a symptom pain journal, empowering them to track their progress and manage their well-being more effectively. Additionally, mindfulness practices will be introduced to enhance self-awareness and promote overall well-being, creating a holistic approach to managing life's challenges with resilience and strength.
Each participant will revice a goodiebag with items to help them on there self love journey- for this reason this workshop is limted to 20 people, and you will need to regerstier for a free ticket.
